Kalamata Consulting was started as a way to expand the reach, impact, and success of years of accumulated experience across a spectrum of industries.

Our founder, Nick Tzavaras, was born in Atlanta, Georgia but raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras for 12 years. He speaks English and Spanish fluently, and is currently learning the language of his ancestors - Greek! He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) with a BS in International Affairs and concentrations in Latin American Affairs and Social-Personality Psychology.

Nick has extensive experience in bridging gaps professionally, determining ideal strategies for growth and bespoke tech tools to execute them. He is able to seal leaks in and strengthen sales funnels, develop effective and successful communications, has trained employees with improved information retention, and has demonstrated his diverse talents across numerous industries and several countries.

This experience has extended into assisting individual job seekers and those looking to develop themselves professionally, as he has hired and trained dozens of employees in sales, marketing, analysis, and operations.
